Get to Know the Space Coast TPO

The Space Coast Transportation Planning Organization (SCTPO) looks at the big picture of transportation planning – helping to assist in the communication and coordination among the different modes and municipalities.

As a coastal area, Brevard's population is subject to environmental, social, and economic vulnerabilities.

The SCTPO is federally required to consider and strive for resiliency of the transportation system through its planning activities and implementation of projects.

About us

The SCTPO continually monitors the conditions of Brevard’s transportation system, which includes roads, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, airports, seaports, spaceports, rails, and public transit. We work with our citizens, local governments, transportation agencies, and elected officials, to help shape our future system and address the transportation needs of Brevard County.
